In my work, I occasionally collaborate with trusted external experts who complement my offerings with their experience, particularly in adapting Agile approaches to companies&#8217; specific needs. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-470b883 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"470b883\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"785\">My main focus is on developing and implementing <a href=\"https:\/\/deltaagile.com\/en\/shop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"667\">educational programs<\/strong> that<\/a> not only offer theoretical knowledge but also prepare participants to work effectively in Agile and Lean environment. <strong>II want to emphasize that organizational Agility is not tied to digital transformation. The latter is merely a tool that, when needed, supports positive Agile practices. Such a view of Agility is economically justified.  <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd79105 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cd79105\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"1220\">The programs were created as a direct <strong>response to unmet needs<\/strong> I observed while <a href=\"https:\/\/deltaagile.com\/en\/consulting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">consulting<\/a> organizations in various stages of Agile transformation. Employees in these organizations often possess relevant knowledge or even certifications, yet they lack practical tools and approaches for successful implementation of Agile practices. At the same time, many training providers remain trapped within theory and fail to address real challenges in transferring knowledge into practice.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1899d95 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1899d95\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1593\"><strong data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1263\">Delta Agile programs combine both:<\/strong> thorough preparation for certification exams and practical skills that participants can immediately apply in their daily work. The content is aligned with the latest versions of Agile frameworks, and the selected <b>tools<\/b> are based on proven effectiveness, compliance with current organizational trends, and the latest insights from the field of organizational behavior and team dynamics. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-431135a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"431135a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1976\">The training sessions teach participants about <strong data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1673\">the practical value of the Agile approach<\/strong>.
