I am the founder and principal knowledge bearer at Delta Agile. In my work, I occasionally collaborate with trusted external experts who complement my offerings with their experience, particularly in adapting Agile approaches to companies’ specific needs.

My main focus is on developing and implementing educational programs that not only offer theoretical knowledge but also prepare participants to work effectively in Agile and Lean environment. II want to emphasize that organizational Agility is not tied to digital transformation. The latter is merely a tool that, when needed, supports positive Agile practices. Such a view of Agility is economically justified.

The programs were created as a direct response to unmet needs I observed while consulting organizations in various stages of Agile transformation. Employees in these organizations often possess relevant knowledge or even certifications, yet they lack practical tools and approaches for successful implementation of Agile practices. At the same time, many training providers remain trapped within theory and fail to address real challenges in transferring knowledge into practice.

Delta Agile programs combine both: thorough preparation for certification exams and practical skills that participants can immediately apply in their daily work. The content is aligned with the latest versions of Agile frameworks, and the selected tools are based on proven effectiveness, compliance with current organizational trends, and the latest insights from the field of organizational behavior and team dynamics.

The training sessions teach participants about the practical value of the Agile approach. After completing the courses, participants are prepared for independent and confident work in Agile teams.

Partnership, not dependence, is the guiding principle of cooperation. The goal is that after working with me, companies no longer need an external consultant, but are able to successfully continue their journey to Agility on their own.
