Agile & Lean for Developers

Agile z vidika razvojnih timov

Razvijalci so običajno najštevilčnejši del razvojnih organizacij, vendar so pri Agilnih transformacijah pogosto vključeni šele v fazi izvajanja sprememb.

Posledica so vprašanja kot na primer:

  • Zakaj sploh uvajamo Agile?
  • Kako bo to vplivalo na moje delo?
  • Ali bom od zdaj naprej večino časa preživel na sestankih?
  • Ali so predstavljene spremembe smiselne?
  • Kako prepoznam dobro Agilno prakso?
  • Kako lahko razvojni tim prispeva k izboljšanju organizacije?

Tečaj Agile & Lean for Developers je namenjen razvijalcem, testerjem, arhitektom in drugim članom razvojnih timov, ki želijo razumeti Agile in Lean pristope z vidika vsakodnevnega razvojnega dela. Poudarek ni na učenju posameznega frameworka, temveč na razumevanju principov, zaradi katerih Agilni pristopi obstajajo, ter njihovega vpliva na razvojne time, produkte in organizacijo.

Po zaključku tečaja boste:

  • razumeli temeljne principe Agile in Lean pristopov,
  • razlikovali med Agilno filozofijo in posameznimi frameworki,
  • razumeli proces ter prednosti in omejitve Scrum, Kanban in Scrumban pristopa,
  • znali prepoznati najpogostejše Agilne anti-vzorce,
  • razumeli vpliv Agilnih pristopov na tehnično kakovost, produktivnost in tehnični dolg,
  • poznali osnove Test Driven Development (TDD),
  • razumeli vloge Product Ownerja, Scrum Mastra in razvojnikov v Agilnem procesu,
  • pridobili sposobnost kritične presoje Agilnih praks in organizacijskih sprememb,
  • učinkoviteje sodelovali pri Agilni transformaciji svoje organizacije.

Koristi za razvojni tim

Dobro izvedena Agilna transformacija razvojnikom pomaga:

  • zmanjšati količino nepotrebnega dela,
  • hitreje pridobivati povratne informacije uporabnikov,
  • zmanjšati tveganje razvoja napačnih rešitev,
  • izboljšati sodelovanje z naročniki in poslovnim delom organizacije,
  • povečati vpliv razvojnega tima na odločitve o produktu,
  • ustvariti bolj predvidljivo in vzdržno delovno okolje,
  • izboljšati tehnično kakovost in dolgoročno vzdrževanje rešitev.

Koristi za organizacijo

Uspešne Agilne transformacije niso rezultat novih procesov, temveč sprememb v načinu sodelovanja in odločanja. Razvojni timi imajo pri tem ključno vlogo.

Tečaj pomaga organizacijam ustvariti skupno razumevanje Agilnih principov, zmanjšati odpor do sprememb ter vključiti razvijalce v oblikovanje učinkovitejših načinov dela. Namesto slepega sledenja procesom udeleženci pridobijo razumevanje razlogov za posamezne Agilne prakse in sposobnost njihovega kritičnega vrednotenja.

Certifikacijska priprava

Čeprav to ni njegov namen, tečaj nudi znanje za neposredno polaganje Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certifikacije.

Agile & Lean for Developers je 2-dnevni, 9-urni tečaj v slovenskem ali angleškem jeziku. Izvaja se preko remote platforme in dnevno traja od 8:00 do približno 12:30 ure.

Po zaključku udeleženci prejmejo potrdilo o opravljenem izobraževanju.

Popusti:

  • 5% za 2 ali več udeležencev
  • 10% za 5 ali več udeležencev
  • 20% za 10 ali več udeležencev
