Hello! I am Delta Agile.

With my knowledge and experience, and occasional assistance from external experts, I help companies implement Agile approaches and determine effective strategies for technological product development.

My main passion is preparing and delivering educational programs that bring real added value to organizations and encourage unconventional thinking.

The idea for my own educational programs was born from dissatisfaction with existing programs and is based on experience in consulting companies on their Agile transformation journey. I often encounter the challenge where employees have appropriate theoretical knowledge or even certifications, but lack understanding of practical approaches and tools for successfully implementing their chosen Agile or Lean approach in their environment. That’s where I come in.

Most Agile education providers focus primarily on theory and preparation for certification exams. This is useful for obtaining a title, but not for confidently and effectively starting work in a new role.

My programs combine both:

• Solid theoretical foundation (supported by practical examples) for successfully passing certification exams
• Concrete tools and approaches that participants can immediately use in their daily work.

The result is knowledge that doesn’t just remain on paper, but enables immediate application and achievement of desired results.
